then, 2 rounds:

-20 Pull UpsNext time I do HSPU I'm pulling out an ab mat (I used two today)...I think I might be ready for only 1! Crossing my fingers! Did the O/H squats with 45 lbs. I got a little shakey on a few but otherwise I was pretty pleased with my squat depth. I used a blue band for the pull ups because I suck.

3-1-11 WOD - Power Cleans, Wallballs, Double Unders Workout
5 Rounds
5 Power Cleans @ 70% 1rm - my weight 60lbs
10 Wallballs @ 14 lbs
50 Double undersI did singles and cleaned 60. I felt that I could've done more weight.

I was trying to focus on form, but my weight on the PC's was a bit too light. I need to work on keeping my feet closer together and chin down. Also, my double unders are abysmal. I ate a huge amount of time doing singles.
