21 - 15 - 9 of Deadlift and Overhead Squats Workout
Deadlift 225/155
Overhead Squat 135/95I did 155 and 95. Took it easy on this one...back was tight and sore before the workout. Oddly, it felt much better after the workout.

Pull-up (6)
Sit-up (9)
Push-up (10)20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between each of 8 intervals per exercise. Lowest interval score of each exercise is scored.
First time doing Tabata This. Tried to estimate the best number of repititions for each exercise. Likely could have done 17 squats, 8 row, 8 pull-ups, same on sit-ups and push-ups.
