-Parin kanssa tee yhteensä 40 raakaa rinnallevetoa riipusta (hang power clean) (15-30kg)
-> raaka = ei mennä kyykkyyn asti
-> riipusta = tanko ei lähde maasta vaan yleensä polven yläpuolelta ellei toisin ole määritelty (esim. riipusta polven alapuolelta). -
