21 burpees(also, 500m row 1:47)

1 mile run with 2 minutes rest in between each roundRd 1 - 9:55:46

Rd 3 - 9:24:43Apparently I didn't push myself hard enough during the first round. Next time I'll warm up before running! Also, my "mile" lap was slightly longer than a mile (1.07 per Map My Run), but who's counting? ;)
