Snatch Strength
In 20 minute window :
Do warm up lifts as you like then:
Do 6 sets of 2 squat snatches @65-75% -

Tempaus + valakyykky Workout
10 x E1,5MOM
Every 1,5 min for 10 rounds: 1 x hang snatch + OHS, Increase the weight each round. Start from approximately 60 % of your snatch RM. If you fail a rep/set, decrease the weight by 5 % for the next set, and start again. The result is the last set's kgs.
