Dead Lifts at 205 LBs
Box Jumps at 24"This was my first go at two WODs in a day. When we started the 21-15-9, I really did not feel tired but around dead lift number 11 or 12 it all came crashing down on me ... and things got slower and slower and slower and, well, you get the idea.
Now to go lay in a tub for an hour or four ...
