Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep
Loads per set (by %): 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95Then rest two minutes before starting…
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:
Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep @ 101-105% -
Back Squat Strength
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 6 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%followed by…
Every 3 minutes, for 6 minutes (2 sets):
Back Squat x 1 rep @ 101+% -

4 rounds of: 10 reps goblet squat using 70 lbs, 10 HSPU, 10 KB Swings using 70 lbs, 5 DL with 225 lbs Workout
I did this conditioning WOD after the 10 sets of 3 Front Squats after power cleaning them.
This workout is great, especially after the weighted FS WOD I did initially.
perform 4 rounds of the following:
10 reps of Goblet Squat (sing 70 lbs dumbbell)
10 HSPUs
10 KB Swings (using 70 lbs) - (I used same dumbbell)
5 Deadlift using 225 lbs

A) 3 eri taitoa
Oli tosi vaikea saada itsestä yhtään mitään irti ja meni vähän haahuiluksi.
Treenasin kuitenkin käsilläseisontaa, pistoolia ja ttb:tä.B) hspu/pull up, molempia 8 ja 5 kierrosta
Helkkarin raskaita, kolmen kierroksen jälkeen hspu tippui neljään kun ranne alkoi särkeä kuin syötävä.
C) 1km soutu 3:55. Perus, ei ollut mikään vauhdin hurmos päällä.
