Single Leg RDLs: 3 x 8-10 each. Rest 60s.

- Rockback Adductor Stretch x 60s each
- Parasympathetic Breathing x 15 breaths - 3 second exhale + 1 second hold at top + 3 second exhale + 1 second hold -
Monday Strenght Workout
Wendler program Back squat
First count 90% of 1rm back squat. ADD + 5 kg compared to last time did this.
5 reps @40% of it (90% of 1rm)
5 reps @50% of it.
5 reps @60% of it.
rest 2-3 min bwn sets. -
Extra Credit 21-06-2021 Workout
Barbell Curl 21s: 3 x 7 each position. Rest 90s.
