2-pos Snatch Strength

2-Position Snatch (hang, floor)
Find the days heavy 2-pos snatch. Start @70% of 1RM.
Rest 2-3min btw sets. -

Dead stop lifts. Barbell stops on your chest for 1-2sec.
All sets with same weight, use 70-80% of 1RM.
