Part 1
Burpee/ Run
Partner 1 max burpees while partner 2 runs 1/2 mile.
4 minute cap on run. For every second past 4 minutes, take away 1 burpee rep

Upper body strength Workout
Upper body strength:
Single arm KB/DB row 2x15 reps
1 min rest between the sets.Single arm KB strict press 2x15 reps

10 min AMRAP:
*10 Double Kettlebell swings (2 x 24 /16 kg)
*10 Lunges KB`s on the front rack (alternating legs)
*10 GHD sit upsFor quality and try to rest as little as possible.

The Chief Workout
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 SquatsRest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Start the next cycle where you left off on the last cycle.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
Last time I did Chief at 15 2/3 rds @ 65#.
This time I did Chief at 15 +1 rds @ 80 #. (failed on 3 Cleans) -
