Jonne Koski and Lukas Esslinger are touring through Finaland in June and arranging five training days along the way. The training days will include both theoretical and practical aspects. The lectures will dig into the importance of aerobic training for CrossFit and will provide tips, how to implement it into one's training regiment.
Jonne and Lukas will also tell, how they use heart rate to monitor their training intensity and how you can periodize your own season. Measuring progress and using specific tests to do so will be also covered.
During the practical parts of the training participants will do one test for the aerobic system and one test for the anaerobic system. The goal is to give the tools to measure one's own progress. During the second training session athletes will also be shown, how Jonne and Lukas implement skill work into their training and how to effectively practice them in a fresh and fatigued state.

- Lecture 1: The importance of aerobic systems & how to implement in your training
- Workout 1: Aerobic test
- Lecture 2: Test results and how to implement to your training (training zones,HR,tressholds), periodization (season planning, competitions)
- Workout 2: Anaerobic power test Gymnastic skills, high power output intervals, accessories/mobility
- Lecture 3: Nutrition, Supplementation Q and A
Duration of the training day will be approximately 6-7 hours.
