Compensation report
Compensation report lists the bills that have been paid and compensated showing you the realized income.
Sales report
Sales report lists the bills you have send to your customers. For those of you who are selling several different products, it's important to know what are the best sellers and what's not moving from the shelves. To provide a clear understanding, you can find a separate sales report for your products, including seminars. You will see the sales by month and the sales can be sorted by price, amount of units sold, or total amount.
Unpaid bills report
Unpaid bills report is a snapshot of the situation in the end of a period, so you can go back in time to see which bills were unpaid in the end of a certain month. If the bill isn’t paid in time it transfers to overdue bills section, where you can then choose whether to send a payment reminder via email or sms message to the client, or depending on the country you are located, sending the bill to debt collection.
Revenue and active members report
Revenue and active membership report tells you how your revenue and active memberships have been developing. These graphs help you to evaluate your business and see the correlations between revenue and number of active members. The third graph in the report shows the average revenue per member. This graph helps you to evaluate the value of one client and understand the strengths and weaknesses of your business better.
Class reports
Gym space utilization report
Gym space utilization chart shows how efficiently you are using your gym's capacity. The feature uses the booking system to calculate how many class spots you provide each day, and how many of them have been booked. Your daily capacity is shown in blue, and the red area indicates the number of athletes attending to classes. The green graph tells the daily utilization percentage. The chart illustrates the utilization for one month at a time, and you can browse past months to see how your numbers have developed.
Coaching report
Coaching report creates a list of the coaches and tells you how many classes they have instructed.
Client reports
Waning customers
The feature creates a list of clients, who are in danger to drop out or for some other reason have not participated classes lately. The feature helps you to recognize these clients, who might need activation to return your box. You can easily send newsletter for the chosen individuals for activating purposes.
Renewing memberships
The feature lists the clients whose membership is about to renew. Especially clients with long contracts appreciate a reminder when their membership’s due date draw close.
Excel-file creator
As you may know, you can choose to export your sales and compensation reports as Excel files. To save even more time, we have added total sums to the Excel reports.
