So, 19.2. is almost the same workout as 16.2. except the first two rounds are combined. The movements and rep scheme are the same.
19.2. is:
Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

- 25 toes-to-bars
- 50 double-unders
- 13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

- 50 double-unders
- 11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
- 25 toes-to-bars
- 50 double-unders
- 9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

Three tips
- Split the ttb sets right from the beginning. Doing long sets will keep you long times under tension, which means you have to keep longer breaks. Keep your sets sustainable and rest times fast.
- Keep your DUs relaxed and smooth. You don’t need to push all 50 double unders unbroken shoulders on fire. Keep yourself comfortable. If you break the sets, the same applies here as in toes-to-bars, keep the breaks short!
- If you don’t have problems with toes-to-bars or double unders, those are the pacing element of the workout. You don’t want to destroy yourself in the first two movements of each round because the result is made in the cleans. If you do singles since the beginning (which most of the people should), be consistent! Keep the time between each lift the same. Take for example two breaths and lift again. This way you won’t lose the valuable seconds.
8 minutes goes fast so you won’t have too much time to rest. If you have the ability and no limiting factors in toes-to-bars or double-unders, we recommend to go pretty fast the first two rounds and try to make it to the third. The best ones will pass the third round easily but for an average Joe passing the first two rounds is a good result. Good luck and don’t forget to log your result here: https://www.wodconnect.com/workout_lists/crossfit-games-open-2019.
