Use 20 min to find heavy snatch balance 1rm.
Harjoituksen tarkoitus on kasvattaa itseluottamusta allemenoon. Sinun pitäisi pystyä tekemään snatch balance tempausta raskaammilla kiloilla. Tavoittele siis sitä. Älä kuitenkaan uhraa tekniikka kilojen takia. Tee pohjille esim 3-3-3-2-2-1-1-1-1 jne

Barbell Complex Workout
5 sets, E3MOM:
Hang Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch + 2 OHS.
Start a new round every 3rd minute. Use AHAFA weights. Scale if needed.
