*Your score is total weight of Snatches and Kettlebell swings

Burpee, Hang power clean & Thruster Workout
3 Rounds for time:
* 12 Burpee
* 10 Hang Power Clean
* 6 Thruster
Use 2/3 of 1 RM Thruster both lifts! -
Halting Clean Deadlift + Clean Pull Strength
*go over 75 % of 1 RM
*take 3 reps on both movements and decrease reps when the weight gets heavier -
