Odd minute: 5 power clean and push jerk tng style. Same moderate weight every minute.
Level 1: men use 40-55kg / ladies 30-42,5kg
Level 2: men use 60kg / 45kgEven minute: Wall ball shot. Pick a number which you can hold every minute.
