OTM 15min: 1+1/4 Front Squat Strength
Each minute, OTM, performa 2 reps of 1+1/4 front squats (70-80% 1RM)
Finish off with 50x 50% of the max weight used -

DU & Pistols Workout
20 minutes of skill training.
Practise both for 10 minutes. If DU is easy, practise hs-walk skills. -
