Sisson Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 15-ft rope climb, 1 ascent
- 5 burpees
- 200-meter run
If you've got a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.

Use heavy weights for both hands. Mark the max weight you did with both hands.

30min EMOM Workout
30min EMOM:
1) monostructural: row/assault/ski/shuttle run/burpee
2) 3-6 Slam ball over the shoulder + Burpee Pull-Up
3) restScale if needed. This is not all out effort. You can do heavy hang power cleans if you don´t have sandbag/slamball.
