Alternating with a partner;
8 x 100m Farmer Walk sets @ challenging weight
- 30:00 Time Cap
- Each person does 8 reps of the 100m
- Pick a weight that is tough to get 100m UB in the early rounds. Later rounds it's ok to split if needed, but work hard.
