Wednesday 20.5.2020 Workout
At the Gym

1. 5 Back Squats
2. 5 Front Squats*Go by the feel with weights! There is not a lot of rest so don’t go too heavy - Focus on good posture.

Conditioning
3 x
1 minute on 30 sec off (18 min)
1. Single arm over head walking lunge (Change after 1/2)
2. Burpee box jump over
3. Goblet walking lunge
4. Row / Bike*Moderate pace throughout the set!
OR
Anywhere

Legs and core
3 x
10 Stealth walk to pistol squat
10 hollow rocks
10 Hawaiian pistol squat
10 arch rocks
10 Air squat to pistol squat
20 sec hollow hold
10 Super hero moonwalk pistol squat
20 sec arch hold
*Rest as needed2.
Conditioning
3 x
1 minute on 30 sec off (18 min)
1. Single arm over head reverse lunge (Change after 1/2)
2. Burpee
3. Goblet reverse lunge
4. Chair step ups*Moderate pace throughout the set!

For 20 minutes
- 3-position power snatch (mid-thigh, above knee, 5cm off the ground)

Erikoinen EMOM Workout
9 EMOM:
- 3x power clean & jerk
- 2 power snatches + 2 OHS
- 5 Thrusters
Kaikki samalla painolla. Paino valinnainen, mutta tekniikkaa haastava.

Bodyweight combat Workout
5 kierrosta:
5-10 ring dips / leg assisted
5-15 kipping pull-ups / banded pull-ups / jumping pull-ups
10 alt. pistol squats
20 abmat sit-upsLepää 2 min.

Arkijyystö Workout
4 kertaa 4 min työtä / 2 min lepoa, vaihtele A & B välillä.
A: 15 box step overs with one DB 22,5/15 + 10 alt. DB snatches 22,5/15 + 5 burpee box overs
B: 4 min row for cals, 80-90% 2 min avg test.
Flow: A - B - A - B. Aloitetaan tekemällä A:ta 4 minuuttia, jota seuraa 2 min tauko. Tämän jälkeen B:tä 4 minuuttia ja tauko. Toistetaan yhteensä kaksi kertaa molemmat.
Tulos on yhteenlasketut toistot.
Pyri pitämään tasainen tahti - toistot A ja B osioissa tulisi pitää +/- 5 toistoa aikaisemmasta.
