Clean 35/25 kg ( 8 intervals )
Push Press 35/25kg ( 8 intervals ) -
On the minute for 8 minutes: 2 power cleans and 1 push jerk Strength
On the minute for 8 minutes: 2 power cleans and 1 push jerk. Use 70% of 1RM. Power cleans are touch & go.
