1 Deadlift
2 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
4 Shoulder Presses
5 Back Squats
6 Push Presses
7 Thrusters
8 Squat Cleans
9 Push Jerks
10 Hang Power Snatches
11 Overhead Squats
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Weight: 43/30kgStart with 1 Deadlift. Then do 2 Hang Power Cleans and 1 Deadlift. Then 3 Front Squats, 2 Hang Power Cleans, and 1 Deadlift. Continue this way until the final round of 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 11 Overhead Squats, and each movement descending in repetitions all the way down to 1 Deadlift.
