Four sets of:
Front Squat x 3-5 reps
Rest 10 seconds
Tall Box Jumps x 1.1.1.1.1
(rest 5-7 seconds between singles)
Rest 3 minutes -
Circuit Training 300715 Workout

4 rounds: HPC, Thruster, Burpees, Rest. Workout
4 rounds @ 100% effort.
Hang Power Clean x 3
Thruster x 3
Burpees Over the Bar x 10
Rest 3mins.- Each round for time. Record individual round results and weights.
- Build the barbell weight each round. Final round should be 'heavy'.

Perform 4 x 2min sets of sequences of the following exercises
1min rest between sets.
Use as heavy weight as possible.
As Many Reps(sequences) As Possible. -
