- add weight each set,
- last set is not a max, but heavy double

Power clean / technique Workout
Starts from the ground and catch in a small squat, extend hips and legs.

Squat clean paino pitää olla keskiraskas, mutta liikkuva (drop & go)
Muscle upit voi tehdä 1-2 setissä.
Max työaika wall walk=45sSkaalaukset:
Squat clean ->paino n.55-60% of 1RM clean
