In teams on four, 1:30 min on, 30 sec off rotate between:
4 rounds for reps
1) max cal w/machines (row, row, ski, bike)
2) max rep rope climbs
3) max rep partner wall ball 9/6 kg
4) max rep tire flipsHarjoitus kestää 32 minuuttia. Ykkörastilla jokainen tiimiläinen valitsee aina laitteen millä tekee sen kierroksen toistot. Köysikiipeilyt tehdään kahdella köydellä you go i go-periatteella ja samalla systeemillä renkaiden käännöt. Partner wall balleissa lasketaan toisto aina siitä kun pallo osuu seinään.
Jokaisen työjakson jälkeen lasketaan kierroksen toistot.
