Partner Chipper: One person works and partner holds:

40 Cal Row: Plank Hold
40 Thrusters 40/30Kg: handstand hold
40 Pull Ups: 20/15Kg plate overhead hold
40 Push Ups: squat hold28 Min Time Cap
You can only work whilst your partner holds. You can switch and share the work.
