3 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
6 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
9 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
12 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)

Kettlebell Snatch Complex Workout
10min AMRAP of following complex
3 x Kettlebell Power Snatch
3 x Kettlebell Snatch
3 x Kettlebell Overhead Squat
Alternate hand after every complex.
