Huom! Kova treeni, jossa pitää puskea kunnolla. Älä kuitenkaan lähde all out vaan mieti valmiiksi oma suunnitelma miten lähdet pilkkomaan sarjat. DB snatch pitää pystyä tekemään minim 10 toiston ja wall ball minim 5 toiston (lyhyillä tauoilla) seteissä alusta loppuun asti.
