Snatch ladder EMOM:
min 1-2 complete 3 snatches at 60/40 kg (scale 40/25)
min 3 rest
min 4-5 complete 3 snatches at 70/50 kg (scale 50/30)
min 6 rest
min 7-8 complete 2 snathes at 80/55 kg (scale 55/35)
min 9 rest
min 10-11 complete 2 snatch at 85/60 kg (scale 60/40)
min 12 rest
min 13-14 complete 1 snatch at 90/65 kg....(scale 65/45)
min 15-16 complete 1 snatch at 95/67,5 kg
min 17-18 complete 1 snatch at 100/70kg...The workout ends if you can't complete the required snatches
The result is the total #kg lifted
