    Viikko 36-40 (2 kovaa/1kevyt/1kova/1 kevyt viikko)
    Tällä rytmityksellä mennään seuraavat 5 viikkoa, eli 2 kovaa, 1 kevyt, 1 kova ja sitten kevennys.
    Sen perään aloitellaan hieman keveämpi jakso ja osalla mahdollisesti Linna Masters Karsinnat tulossa. Tämä jakso mitä vedetään nyt läpi on kova, ja hyvin ootte vetänyt. Pysykää lujina ja tehdään parhaamme!
