- Koneella matka, jonka pystyt suorittamaan noin 2min.
- Mavepainot niin, että pystyt halutessasi tekemään toistot putkeen.
- Boxihypyissä skaalaa ensin määrää, sitten vasta korkeutta. Jos hypyt ei onnistu -> boxille askellus.RPE 7,5-8,5
