Run 200mHeld Wall Ball b/t knees & did weighted K2E. Couldn't get T2B. I ended up doing a bicep curl grip for the majority of the pull ups in the later rounds, don't know if that's okay or not, or should I drop to the band for those? Remember to ask the coach next time.
