After 3 rounds are complete:
800m run
Your time is your total time for all 5 rounds plus the 800m sprint.

30 Pull ups <--blue band
The pull ups were rough which was surprising b/c I was using the blue band. I did them in sets of 5. And did the yellow KBS' in sets of 10. Slow and steady.
