Row, Ring dips Workout

20 minutes of: 5 each leg, single leg drive (while holding dumbells) and rear leg elevated, 1 legless rope climb Workout
I did a couplet for 20 minutes of:
10 (5 each leg) single leg drives, with opposite leg behind on bench, elevated, while holding dumbells. (This is a more isolating exercise, but gets the whole body tight and in control to lower and press up while balancing) great lower body exercise and good for balance, etc. Good leg press exercise with almost no pressure on spine and lower back. (20, 25,30, 32.5 x5)
1 legless rope climb (I did use the legs on the way down)I completed 8 rounds in about 21:30
Good workout. I hadn't done rope climbs and wanted to do them, and I wanted to try that leg press movement I hadn't done in years.
Great workout. I wanted to try legless climbs since it's in the Regionals and wanted to see how multiple rounds would feel. I was able to use my hips and kip a bit and was o.k.
I did not even tape my hands or chaulk, etc.
Fun different WOD. -
