7 box jump burpees
11 Overhead Squats (rx 75/45)did step ups instead of jump
used 15 lb. bar for OHS. first time to OHS since shoulder injury 1 years ago. Made it through 4 rounds doing OHS, had to go with no bar and just air squat the last 3 rounds due to shoulder. -
