3 x 50m Farmers Walk (20kg plates in each hand)
3 x Floor Sweepers

20 KB Swing @ 24kg
10 Power Clean @ 70kg
88m Farmers Carry @ 64kg (32kg each arm) -

It felt good to do something in the gym today besides rowing and stretching today!
Hopefully the morning sickness is on it's way out and the WOD's are on their way back in!
