Front squat 75/55Went for a 5# pr on the front squats, didn't get it. Practiced being more efficient with box jumps. Made it through the first 30, then stepped down for the rest. 3 Rx's this week!

Strength:
3x3 Squat - 70,80,90% - up to 305, back down to 250ish and hit 8WOD:
Tabata - wall balls, 20/14, record lowest round - 11
then immediately restart clock for 400m run for time - 1:35 -
1.22.2013 - Technique Work Workout
Snatch from Boxes at just above the knee
5x2 at 115
5x2 at 135Then 10min AMRAP (Was basically OTM work)
2 Bench at 225#
10 Cal AirDynecompleted 10 rounds
