    Hands tore horribly on the last 18. Thankful the didn't tear worse before that. Not thrilled with my time, need to get better stabilization with my OHS.

    Today I sucked it up reallll bad. Totally let myself down with this, but I at least got through it. By far the pull ups were my worst to date and took me forever. Can't beast 'em all, I'm not Rich Froning Jr. after all :D

  • Max DUs - 2 Mins Workout

    This is the coach's challenge from earlier this year, decided to give this a go after the WOD today.

    Max Double Unders in 2 minutes: Total - 130
    Thats better than 1 per second, I'll take that. Without the shoulder nuke WOD before hand, I think I could of hit the 160+ mark.
