    First time on this one for me. I think I could have done better but held back a bit on the rows because hadn't done them before.

    Todd and I did this just for fun after Jackie. Race to see how fast we could do 100 air squats.

  • Saturday Workout

    For time:
    400 meter run
    50 lunges
    50 shoot throughs (50 pushups,50 dips)
    50 situps
    400 meter run

    21-15-9

    WOW. Fran killed me. I really didn't expect to be this hurt. I didn't break any world records but was decently happy with my result. What will really suck is trying to beat this next time. I have a video that I will post to the comments when it is completed.

    Complete the following:
    50 Toes to Bar
    75 Pull Ups
    100 Ring Dips
    150 Double Unders

    Complete in any order or rep scheme. Not for time.
