10 Rounds for time of:
Accumulate 30 seconds in a handstand (on wall)
20 SquatsI was overextending my back a little in the handstands after the first few rounds. Lower back got tight and it was a little harder to do the squats. Need to focus on squeezing my butt and tightening my abs on the handstands.

Strength:
Back Squat (high bar) - 2x185, 2x205, 2x225, 2x245, 2x265, 2x285 - Stopped after 285 - felt hip just a bit and having to regain strength
20 BJ Buy in (24") - then 4Rnds: 250m row, 12 squats (200lbs), 12 T2B, 12 burpees - Buy out 20 BJs (24")
