I thought joining WODstack would not only help me track my progress but keep me motivated to do better and stick with the Crossfit program. I have alot of people around me that have been with Crossfit for many months and have seen great results. What strikes me the most is how much they like it. I love working out but, as you all know, CrossFit is a whole level altogether.
