Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 (15-25-35-45-55) 1 at 60 after the wod.
Then,
Every minute on the minute for 15 mins
2 Snatch (as heavy as possible)
2 Box jumps 30/24Really wanted to focus on form today and make sure I was catching it in a full squat vs. power snatching into a quick overhead squat. I finally started to get a feel for the weightlessness after the high pull. Did the first 3 rounds at 50#, form was crap (I wasn't keeping the bar close to my body), so I dropped to 45# for rounds 4-8 and got it where I wanted it. The went back up to 50# for rounds 9-15, which all felt very good.
