135# x 150 will creep up on you... but sadly my downfall was actually the HRPU :( I need to work on them.Felt good with the row though! 500m in 1:47.9, not my fastest row ever but still decent for me!

3 Hang Power Cleans*Do not let go of the bar during the round. Count a penalty if you come off the bar.
*Work up to the heaviest weight possible.
