7 Power Cleans @ 50kg/35kg
21 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg
Beginner: Complete 3 rounds, scaling movements and loads as necessary.
Advanced: Power Cleans @ 65kg/45kg.Warm up : 15 Overhead Squat / 8 Handstand / 5 RD / 5 Pullups / 100 Skips
Result: 20:54 minutes
