Warmup:
500m run, flow dynamic warmup, CF warmup 2 x 10 (OHS, pushups, situps, supermans, pull-ups, ring dips).Strength & skill
W3 of Wendler 5/3/1 back squats
5 x 130#
3 x 145#
1+ x 160# (11 reps)Warmed up with the 45# bar, 95#, 115#, then went on to working sets. Took my time with the 1+ round and knocked out 11 reps. Might have squeezed out another one or two if I'd really tried hard, but was tired.
