24-1 Alternating with 95lb push press, pull ups, ring dips. So 24 push press, 23 pull ups, 22 ring dips and so on.

Pull-up 6/6/8 Strength
Three sets of pull-ups with 6, 6, and 8 reps respectively. Add weight if possible.
