Hang Squat Clean & Pull-Ups Workout
Shoulder Press (5 sets of 3 reps)
I kept this kind of easy today. 4 sets at 135 lbs and one set at 140 lbs. My back was tweaking a bit.
WOD:
3 rounds for time
15 Squat cleans (Rx 95/65)
15 Pull Ups
Side note: This was a huge CrossFit day for me today. Our Box put in Rings and I got my first Muscle Up. Then I got another. And another. Then 4 in a row. I was pumped.
