Pull-Ups - 57
Airdyne
Sit-Ups - 110
Squats - 109 -
Birdman Workout
WOD: 12 minutes AMRAP
3 Hang Clean (135lbs)
6 HSPU
Apparently 3 weeks of rarely working out and eating horribly didn't improve my HSPUs, so I did mostly negatives. I was pleased to do the cleans with 135 though. 5 rounds even.

Start with 50 Double Unders
Then:
1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10
Hand Release Push-up
Ring Dips managed 3 then modded to green band dips.
Wallball 20/14
Then:
End with 50 Double Unders
Actually did all the double unders. Took forever, going one at a time. Actually managed 2 at a time on a few tries. Frustrating to not go fast, but better to do it correctly than continue avoiding something I'm terrible at. Also, wall balls were much much easier with correct form. Shock.

*Made it to round 7 doing RX ring dips, but then had to go to the bar. Must say that spending an hour on du's last night made a big difference today.
