perform 6 rounds of following triplet:
5-6 Bent Over Row
(Using same weight go right into the press series)
3 Press, 3 Push Press, 3 Push Jerk
10-12 toes to bar
Not for time, but try to move and to use heavier weight for the barbell movements. -
