Every two minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 55%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 95%
*Set 7 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 8 – 1 rep @ 90%B, C and D.

Against a running clock, perform the following for time:
“Chest-to-Bar Fran” > Fran
Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps of:
Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups > Pull ups
Result: 7.20C and D not done.
Rest until the clock hits 10:00, and then…
Five rounds for time of:
5 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
10 BurpeesRest until the clock hits 20:00, and then…
For time:
30 Squat Clean & Jerks (155/100 lbs)E. Pull up practice for 15 reps.
